EDIT: Eureka!  Looks like its worked perfectly!  Will keep an eye on things for a bit to see if anything catches fire though…

Well, after having been using WordPress 2.5 Release Candidate 1 for the past week and a bit, it appears that they have now released the real-life ‘gold’ version.

There are some ‘easy upgrade’ instructions on the site, so I’ll see just how easy they are very shortly!
